Do I need a website?
No. OrderForm gives you a custom link to share on any platform - your customers order directly from there.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OrderForm is 100% web-based and works on phones, tablets, and computers.

Can customers pay online?
If you want to collect payments digitally, our partner VeriPay provides seamless bank transfer payments for your orders.
How do I get my customers' orders?
You'll receive an instant email notification with the customer's name, phone number, and complete order details.
Do customers need an account to order?
No. Customers simply fill in their name, phone number, and delivery details (if applicable).
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You can get started for free and upgrade anytime. We accept payments via bank transfer in TT Dollars.
Products & Forms
Can I create multiple order forms?
You get a minimum of 20 order forms on our paid plans. The Free plan gives you a single form, perfect for getting started.
How do I manage my inventory or sold-out items?
Turn on inventory in your vendor profile, then set quantities on each product's Inventory tab-for the whole product or per option. Any row with inventory tracking on and quantity 0 is sold out on your order forms. You can also choose to hide products entirely when every tracked row is at zero, or show them as sold out.
What happens if someone clicks a link to an order form that's no longer published?
They'll be redirected to your vendor profile page. We'll leave you a notification within your account to alert you in case you still have that link published.
Can I upload videos or multiple product photos?
Yes, on paid plans you can upload up to 10 photos per product.
