Nikki Can Bake

1. Browse the menu, add your items to the cart, adjust quantities, and apply your discount code if applicable.

2. Proceed to checkout and enter your name, email, and phone number. Please ensure this information is accurate, as this is how you will receive payment instructions and order updates.

3. Select your fulfillment method. Pickup is in Arima. Delivery is available via courier, and the cost is based on your location as two services are outsourced.

4. Submit your order and complete payment via VeriPay (an online payment system using bank transfers). Use your banking app to make the transfer, then upload your receipt using the payment link provided.

Once payment is confirmed, your order is secured. My pickup location will be shared after payment, once pickup is selected. A reminder will be sent prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.

All orders placed through Nikki Can Bake require full payment to confirm and secure your production slot.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund, as preparation, scheduling, and administrative work would have already begun. In such cases, 75% of the order total will be refunded, and 25% will be retained as a production and administrative fee.

Refunds will only be issued after funds have successfully cleared and been received. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refunded amount to be returned to your bank account, depending on your financial institution. Republic Bank will be same day as this is our home bank.

All refunds are issued via bank transfer. Cash refunds are not available.
